From the visit to a structured note,
under your control.
Closed beta offer
30 days, up to 50 notes, no credit card. Pilot accounts include ambient capture, post-visit Dictation Mode, and Transient Notes. Patient access is in active development.
Scribe Mutual helps outpatient clinicians capture the visit, review and edit a structured draft, and sign the final note. We are selecting a small closed-beta cohort and preparing for onboarding with direct founder support.
Physician-founded · BAA included with pilot onboarding · Built around FHIR and C-CDA

Record the visit with pause and resume. Multiple segments stitch together automatically. Medical-tuned transcription separates your voice from the patient's.
When patient access opens, signing a note is intended to release it automatically to the patient's Scribe Mutual account. If the clinician signs on the day of the visit, the patient should receive it that day.
Receive a structured draft in one of ten supported note formats, including progress, consult, H&P, and procedure notes. Review and edit the draft before you sign.
When patient access opens, notifications are intended to let you know when new information is available or when access changes. The patient experience is also being designed to let you manage your notification preferences.
Review the AI-generated draft, edit what needs editing, and sign. Nothing enters the chart without your signature. The note is yours to finalize.
When patient access opens, you will be able to choose what information to share and revoke a sharing link before it expires. Available expiration options will be shown before you confirm sharing.
Beyond Documentation

Interoperability has shaped Scribe Mutual's architecture from the beginning. FHIR and C-CDA export are available now. Live connections to compatible EHRs are in active development and will be validated practice by practice. The goal is portability and freedom from lock-in.
Patient access is in active development. Under the planned model, core chart access and record export will not require a subscription. Optional Premium features are planned for added convenience and coordination.
Problems, medications, and labs are extracted against real terminologies (SNOMED, ICD-10, RxNorm) — not just summarized as text. Coding candidates are grounded in encounter evidence.
Appropriate guardian, personal-representative, and patient-authorized access will not require Premium. A future Premium experience may add a combined dashboard, consolidated notifications, and cross-profile calendars for people who help manage care for others.
Care-team continuity workflows are being built so authorized clinicians can work from shared, current information. Access and sharing behavior will be validated before release.
Use optional location cues to help prepare a sharing action with a recipient you choose. You confirm both the information and the recipient before anything is shared.
On the Horizon

We intend to explore clinician-reviewed CPT and E&M coding support derived from encounter evidence. This is not included in the current closed beta.
A planned view is intended to help patients see the clinicians connected to their care, recent visits, and information shared through Scribe Mutual, subject to verified care relationships and access rules.
Google Calendar connectivity is being prepared for production validation so scheduled visits can become ready-to-document encounters. Additional calendar paths are planned.
A planned QR-assisted workflow is intended to help patients connect their Scribe Mutual account with the correct visit and make selected information available to the practice. Practices may still require their usual registration, verification, or check-in steps.
Direct delivery into an existing EHR will be enabled only after the connection has been configured and validated for that environment.
Keep selected records available within the Scribe Mutual app when you do not have an internet connection. Downloading and exporting records available in your account will not require Premium. Offline access is planned for a future update.
